If I download the app, can I use it without an internet connection?

For installation, download, and usage, internet connection is necessary. Dentbird Batch supports all internet browsers.

What prosthetics do you support?

Currently, only single crowns are supported. Additional functionalities are planned for the future.

How many cases can be uploaded at once?

There is no limit to the cases that can be uploaded, but a maximum of 30 projects can be created.

If I already have a Dentbird ID, do I need to sign up separately?

No, if you already have a Dentbird account, you do not need to sign up separately.

Will the design be done automatically when cases are uploaded? Is additional modification necessary?

The AI automatically classifies and completes the design. However, crown modifications are possible according to user preferences.

Is simultaneous access not allowed? (Multiple device simultaneous access with one account)
