Subscription Plans

How to Access your Subscription Plan

You can access your subscription settings through one of the following methods:

Method 1

Click the Current Plan icon on the bar.

Method 2

1. Click the Profile icon on the Topbar.

2. Select My Info from the dropdown menu.

Method 3

In the side navigation bar, click on My Subscription.

How to Manage your Subscription Plan

My Plan

• In the My Plan section, you can view details of your current subscription plan.

• Information displayed includes:

  • Next billing date

  • Upcoming payment amount

• Upgrade

  • Click the Upgrade button to navigate to the page where you can upgrade to a higher plan.

How to Upgrade or Change Your Plan

1. Use the toggle button to select your preferred billing cycle — either monthly or annual.
2. Choose between the Lite or Pro plan options.

3. If you have remaining days on your current plan, the remaining value will be calculated on a prorated basis and automatically deducted from the new payment amount.

4. Click the payment button at the bottom of the page to open the payment window.

5. Once the payment is completed, your plan will be changed immediately.

Caution

You cannot directly downgrade to a lower plan from your current active subscription.

Quick Guide

To switch to a lower plan, you must first:

1. Cancel your current plan and revert to the Free plan.

2. Then, subscribe to the lower plan (Lite or any eligible plan) from the Free plan status.

Additional Seat

• Displays the number of additional seats you currently own.

• Click the “+” button to purchase more additional seats as needed.

During the Free Trial period, purchasing additional seats is not available.

Payment Method

• Manage your payment cards by clicking Payment Method, which will redirect you to the Stripe portal page for secure payment management.
