Importing Data from an Existing Case

• When creating a new case, you can select an existing case saved in your workspace.

• The data from the selected case will be imported and applied to the new case for easy reuse and faster setup.

Instructions

Step 1

• Click the [Import] button located at the top-right corner of the screen.

• And click the [Dentbird Cloud] button.

Step 2

After selecting the case you want to import, click the [Select] button.

Warnings

Case Access Restriction

• If another user is currently working on the selected case, you will be automatically redirected to the main page.

• This prevents multiple users from editing the same case at the same time.

Step 3

Select the file you wish to export from the list and click the [Export Selected File] button.

Quick Guide

• You have used all of your allotted export counts until the export reset date.

• Depending on your current subscription plan, certain types of exports may not be supported.
