How to clear your browser cache

If pressing Ctrl+Shift+R (Shift+Command+R for Mac users) does not hard refresh your browser, follow the steps below:

Step 1

Click the tri-colon menu on the upper right corner of Chrome and go to Settings.

Step 2

Go to Privacy and security menu.

Step 3

Select "Cookies and other site data".

Step 4

Select "Clear browsing data".

Step 5

Set the time range to "All time" and clear all cached images and files.
