Common Error Messages and Their Solutions

1. Functional Errors

Upload Error

This error message appears when attempting to load a scan file that is in an unsupported file format. Supported formats include STL, PLY, OBJ, and DCM.

Duplicate file uploaded

This error message appears when attempting to upload a file that has already been uploaded.

Maximum data reached

This error message appears when the number of uploaded files exceeds the maximum limit. You can upload up to 44 files.

Maximum data reached

This error message appears when attempting to move more than the allowed number of upper arch scan files. You can move up to 17 files.

Maximum data reached

This error message appears when attempting to move more than the allowed number of lower arch scan files. You can move up to 17 files.

Maximum data reached

This error message appears when attempting to move more than the allowed number of additional data files. You can move up to 10 files.

2. System Errors

Session expired

This error message appears when a logged-in account remains idle for a certain period of time.

Something Went Wrong

This error message appears when attempting to log in and the screen turns white, or when the website does not function properly. In some cases, only a white screen appears without any error message. If this occurs, please try clearing the cache in your browser.

Authentication Error

This error message appears when accessing ai.dentbird.com/crown in a non-logged-in state, and multiple login windows are opened with sequential login attempts using different accounts. Please close all extra tabs and log in using only one browser tab.

Unknown Error

  • Any error that cannot be classified as a Network (Solution Server), CAD, or AI issue is considered an "Unknown Error." “Unknown” is not a separately defined error type but a catch-all term for any error that doesn’t fall into a specific category.

  • If you attempt to log in from another device while already logged in to the Dentbird Batch or Dentbird Crown website, an unknown error may occur on the device that was logged in first.

  • If an unknown error occurs for reasons other than duplicate login, please report the issue to headquarters using the following bug report form: Submit a Bug Report
