How to create a new case for crown design

Instructions

Step 1

In Dentbird Cloud, click the [+New] button and select [Dentbird Crown] to create a new case. Alternatively, you can create a new case by clicking the New button in the top app bar of Dentbird Crown.

Step 2

In the Import Area, click the [Browse] button to select a file from the explorer, or drag and drop files directly into the data input area.

Refer to 4.2 Data Input for more details.

Quick Guide

When one or more files are imported into the Import Area, AI automatically classifies each data type.

Warnings

If Scanbody or Die files are provided separately, they will be classified as Undefined, and the user must manually move them to the appropriate arch.

Step 3

If AI's automatic classification is inaccurate or if data is mistakenly imported into the wrong type, you can manually move the data using drag & drop.

Step 4

If data is assigned to either "Upper" or "Lower" and there are no unclassified "Undefined" data, you can proceed to the next step by clicking the [Design] button.

Caution

Once you proceed to the Design stage, the imported data cannot be modified or deleted.

Warnings

Crown cases created using the previous 3Dme Crown cannot be edited in Dentbird Crown. To make modifications, you must either delete the existing crown data or create a new case.
