How to Process Dentbird Milling

Instruction

Step 1

Open the Dentbird Milling program from the Case list in Dentbird Cloud.

Step 2

When you access the manufacturing setup, the selected crown design will appear in the case viewer.

Step 3

Select the milling machine from the list.

Step 4

Select the block material to be used.

Quick guide

If you select a zirconia block, the field for entering the shrinkage rate will be enabled.

Step 5

Automatically or manually position the crown on the selected block, and then configure the detailed parameters.

Quick guide

The milling axis image is displayed in color at the top left. You can check the stability of the crown position through the color indicators.

Step 6

Select the milling strategy from the list and press the [Start] button.

Step 7

Verify the tool setting below to match with the milling machine setting in the dialog, and then press the [Proceed] button to start milling.

Step 8

Click the [Calculate] button at the top, you can check the progressing queue.
