Can I use the app without an internet connection after downloading it?

No. A network connection is required for installation and use after downloading the app. Dentbird Batch supports all internet browsers.

What types of prosthetic designs are supported?

Currently, Dentbird Batch supports the design of crowns, inlays/onlays, and bridges.

How many cases can I upload at once?

There is no limit to the number of cases you can upload at one time.

How many cases can be processed simultaneously when designing multiple cases?

Up to five cases can be designed at the same time. The processing time may vary depending on the complexity of each case.

I already have a Dentbird Solutions account. Do I need to create a new one?

No. If you already have a Dentbird account, there is no need to register again.

Are uploaded cases automatically designed, or do I need to make manual edits?

The AI automatically classifies and designs the cases. However, crowns can be modified based on user preferences if needed.

Can I log in to multiple devices at the same time using one account?

No. Simultaneous logins are not allowed. Please log out from other devices before logging in.
