Types & Roles of Users

1. Owner Account

The owner account has administrator privileges to manage their workspace.

• Modify subscription plans (adjust workspace billing plans)

• Invite or remove members

• Purchase additional seats

• Manage workspace settings and billing information

2. Member Account

A member account is a user account invited to the owner’s workspace.

• Access and use the workspace

• Perform design tasks and use available tools

Caution

Members are not allowed to change subscription plans or invite other users.

Quick Guide

When using a member account, you must switch to the owner’s workspace to begin working. (This applies to both Dentbird Cloud and Dentbird Batch.)

User Badge Display

The badge displayed next to a case name indicates the user who worked on that specific case.

The workspace owner has the authority to forcibly remove a user who is sharing the workspace. When hovering the mouse over the badge, the Suspend option will appear.

Once [Suspend] is confirmed, the selected user will be immediately removed from the workspace.

Caution

• Workspace members do not have permission to use the suspend function.

• When logged in with a member account, you do not have permission to edit cases that have badges.
