Signing up for Membership
You (including individuals, your business, corporations, and other legal) must fill the membership application form set by Imagoworks, consent to the collection, provision, and use of personal information by Imagoworks, and agree to these Terms of Service in order to use Imagoworks Service. If you do not agree to any of the above, you will not be able to use Imagoworks Service.

If you do not agree to any of the above, you may not be able to use all or part of Imagoworksâ Services.

4. Beta Service
From time to time, Imagoworks may make Beta Services available to users. The user may choose to try such Beta Services or not at their sole discretion. The use of the beta service is subject to the Beta Service Terms of Service, which the user agrees to upon using the Beta Service.
ANY DATA USER ENTERS INTO THE SERVICES, AND ANY CUSTOMIZATIONS MADE TO THE SERVICES BY OR FOR USERS, DURING USERâS BETA SERVICES WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST WHEN THE BETA SERVICES END. USER CANNOT TRANSFER DATA ENTERED OR CUSTOMIZATIONS MADE DURING THE BETA SERVICES TO IMAGOWORKSâ SERVICE; THEREFORE, IF THE USER WISHES TO STORE DATA USED DURING THE BETA SERVICE PERIOD, USERS MUST EXPORT THEIR DATA BEFORE THE END OF THE BETA SERVICE PERIOD OR USER DATA WILL BE PERMANENTLY LOST. IN THIS CASE, THE USER SHALL NOT RAISE ANY OBJECTIONS OR CLAIMS AGAINST IMAGOWORKS REGARDING THE LOSS OF DATA.
NOTWITHSTANDING THE âREPRESENTATIONS, WARRANTIES, EXCLUSIVE REMEDIES AND DISCLAIMERSâ SECTION AND âINDEMNIFICATION BY IMAGOWORKSâ SECTION BELOW, DURING THE BETA SERVICE THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED âAS-ISâ WITHOUT ANY WARRANTY AND IMAGOWORKS SHALL HAVE NO INDEMNIFICATION, OBLIGATIONS NOR LIABILITY OF ANY TYPE WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES FOR THE BETA SERVICE PERIOD UNLESS SUCH EXCLUSION OF LIABILITY IS NOT ENFORCEABLE UNDER APPLICABLE LAW IN WHICH CASE IMAGOWORKSâS LIABILITY WITH RESPECT TO THE SERVICES PROVIDED DURING THE FREE TRIAL SHALL NOT EXCEED $1,000.00. WITHOUT LIMITING THE FOREGOING, IMAGOWORKS AND ITS AFFILIATES AND ITS LICENSORS DO NOT REPRESENT OR WARRANT TO USERS THAT: (A) USERâS USE OF THE SERVICES DURING THE BETA SERVICE PERIOD WILL MEET USERâS REQUIREMENTS, (B) USERâS USE OF THE SERVICES DURING THE BETA SERVICE PERIOD WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, TIMELY, SECURE OR FREE FROM ERROR, AND (C) USAGE DATA PROVIDED DURING THE BETA TEST PERIOD WILL BE ACCURATE. NOTWITHSTANDING ANYTHING TO THE CONTRARY IN THEâLIMITATION OF LIABILITYâ SECTION BELOW, USERS SHALL BE FULLY LIABLE UNDER THIS AGREEMENT TO IMAGOWORKS AND ITS AFFILIATES FOR ANY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF USERâS USE OF THE SERVICES DURING THE BETA SERVICE PERIOD, ANY BREACH BY USERS OF THIS AGREEMENT AND ANY OF USERâS INDEMNIFICATION OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER. USER SHALL REVIEW THE DOCUMENTATION FOR THE APPLICABLE SERVICE DURING THE BETA SERVICE PERIOD TO BECOME FAMILIAR WITH ITS FEATURES AND FUNCTIONS BEFORE USING THE SERVICE.
5. Free Trial
Imagoworks may offer users a specified free trial period. If users register on Imagoworksâ or an Affiliateâs website for a free trial, Imagoworks will make the applicable Service(s) available to users on a trial basis free of charge until the earlier of:
(a) the end of the free trial period for which users registered to use the applicable Service(s);
(b) the start date of any Purchased Service subscriptions ordered by users for such Service(s); or
(c) termination by Imagoworks in its sole discretion.
Additional trial terms of service may appear on the trial registration web page. Any such additional terms of service are incorporated into this Agreement by reference and are legally binding

2. Credit
2.1 General
1. Imagoworks issues a digital record or evidence containing a fixed amount of electronic information (âCreditâ).
2. Users can purchase or receive Credit in the following ways:
1. purchasing Credit using the payment module provided by the Imago Website (âPurchased Creditâ)
2. receiving Credit free of charge from Imagoworks based on company policies and for reasons such as marketing purposes, etc. (âFree Creditâ)
3. When you use the Imagoworks Service, the corresponding amount of Credit that you possess will be deducted in accordance with the prices set by Imagoworks for the services. In cases where you use the Imagoworks Service on a monthly subscription basis, Credit corresponding to the subscribed product will be automatically deducted on the day that marks 31 days from your payment date.
2.2 Free Credit
1. The period of use of Free Credit may be limited depending on the purpose of its issuance. If the period of use is limited, Imagoworks will notify you of the period of use when providing Free Credit. Users should use best efforts and precautions to exercise Free Credit during the usage period. Users are solely responsible for failing to exercise Free Credit within the usage period.
2. Free Credit is not eligible for a refund.
2.3 Purchased Credit
1. There is no set expiration date for Purchased Credit, and you are allowed to use Purchased Credit in your possession at any time without restriction.
2. Purchase Credit may be recharged at any time by using a Purchased Gift Card.
After purchasing Purchased Credit, you may withdraw your purchase and request a refund at any time. In such cases, refunds shall be governed by Section 5 of Article IV (Payments and Refunds).
2. Subscriptions
2.1 General
Unless otherwise provided in the applicable subscription pages (a) Purchased Services and access to services are purchased as subscriptions for the term stated in the subscription payment page or in the applicable online/offline purchase opportunity with partners of Imagoworks, (b) subscriptions for Purchased Services may be added during a subscription term at the same pricing as the underlying subscription pricing, prorated for the portion of that subscription term remaining at the time the subscriptions are added, and (c) any added subscriptions will terminate on the same date as the underlying subscriptions.
2.2 Fees and Payment
Imagoworks calculates and bills fees and charges monthly or annually . Imagoworks may bill users more frequently for fees accrued if Imagoworks reasonably suspects that userâs account is fraudulent or at risk of non-payment. User will pay the applicable fees and charges for use of the Services as described on the Imagoworks Services using one of the payment methods Imagoworks support. All amounts payable by users under this terms of service will be paid to Imagoworks without setoff or counterclaim, and without any deduction or withholding. Fees and charges for any new Service or new feature of a Service will be effective when Imagoworks posts updated fees and charges on the Imagoworks Services, unless Imagoworks expressly state otherwise in a notice. Imagoworks may increase or add new fees and charges for any existing Services users are using by giving users at least 30 daysâ prior notice.
If a user's payment fails, access to the services will be immediately suspended, and the use of the services will remain unavailable until valid payment information is provided.
2.3 Taxes
Imagoworks' subscription fees do not include any taxes, levies, duties or similar governmental assessments of any nature, including, for example, value-added, sales, use or withholding taxes, assessable by any jurisdiction whatsoever (collectively, âTaxesâ). User is responsible for paying all Taxes associated with its purchases hereunder. If Imagoworks has the legal obligation to pay or collect Taxes for which user is responsible under this section, Imagoworks will invoice user and user will pay that amount unless user provides Imagoworks with a valid tax exemption certificate authorized by the appropriate taxing authority. For clarity, Imagoworks is solely responsible for taxes assessable against it based on its income, property and employees.
2.4 Seats
For the subscription to Imagoworks Services, additional accounts may be added (referred to as "Seats.") The terms for subscribing to additional Seats shall comply with the details published on the Subscription Plan and Pricing page.
Gift Cards
3.1 General
Imagoworks issues gift cards, which are electronic payment methods that can be used to recharge Credit. A gift card may either be purchased for (a/the âPurchased Gift Cardâ) or provided free of charge (a/the âFree Gift Cardâ).
3.2 Free Gift Card
1. A Free Gift Card is a gift card provided by Imagoworks based on company policies and for reasons such as marketing purposes, etc., and without any charges to an affiliate of Imagoworks (a/the âAffiliated Companyâ).
2. If you use a Free Gift Card, Free Credit will be granted, and the terms of the use of the granted Free Credit will be governed by Article IV (Payments and Refunds).
3. The period of use of a Free Gift Card may be limited depending on the purpose of issuance. Imagoworks will notify you of the expiration date when issuing a Free Gift Card. The Affiliated Company and user must use a Free Gift Card within the applicable usage period. The Affiliated Company and user are solely responsible for the failure to use a Free Gift Card within the usage period.
4. A Free Gift Card is not eligible for a refund.
3.3. Purchased Gift Card
1. A Purchased Gift Card is a gift card provided by Imagoworks that has been purchased by an Affiliated Company that has purchased a certain amount according to procedures agreed upon by the Affiliated Company and Imagoworks.
2. If you use a Purchased Gift Card, Purchased Credit will be granted, and the terms of use of the granted Purchased Credit will be governed by Article IV (Payments and Refunds).
3. The usage period of a Purchased Gift Card is not limited.
An Affiliated Company may withdraw the purchase of a Purchased Gift Card and request a refund at any time before the Purchased Gift Card is used. In such cases, refunds shall be governed by Section 8 of Article IV (Payments and Refunds).

1. A Free Gift Card is a gift card provided by Imagoworks based on company policies and for reasons such as marketing purposes, etc., and without any charges to an affiliate of Imagoworks (a/the âAffiliated Companyâ).
2. If you use a Free Gift Card, Free subscription period will be granted, and the terms of the use of the granted Free subscription period will be governed by Article IV (Payments and Refunds).
3. The period of use of a Free Gift Card may be limited depending on the purpose of issuance. Imagoworks will notify you of the expiration date when issuing a Free Gift Card. The Affiliated Company and user must use a Free Gift Card within the applicable usage period. The Affiliated Company and user are solely responsible for the failure to use a Free Gift Card within the usage period.
4. A Free Gift Card is not eligible for a refund.
3.3. Purchased Gift Card
1. A Purchased Gift Card is a gift card provided by Imagoworks that has been purchased by an Affiliated Company that has purchased a certain amount according to procedures agreed upon by the Affiliated Company and Imagoworks.
2. If you use a Purchased Gift Card, Purchased subscription period will be granted, and the terms of use of the granted Purchased subscription period will be governed by Article IV (Payments and Refunds).
3. The usage period of a Purchased Gift Card is not limited.
4. An Affiliated Company may withdraw the purchase of a Purchased Gift Card and request a refund at any time before the Purchased Gift Card is used. In such cases, refunds shall be governed by Section 8 of Article IV (Payments and Refunds).
5. If a Purchased Gift Card is damaged due to the fault of an Affiliated Company, the Affiliated Company shall bear the cost of reissuance within the actual expense range.
6. If a Purchased Gift Card is issued to the wrong recipient due to the fault of an Affiliated Company, the Company shall provide the Affiliated Company with a method to correct the issue within the scope of the unused portion of the Purchased Gift Card. 7. The specific details regarding the issuance of Gift Cards are as follows:
Issuer : Imagoworks Inc.
Purchase Price : The purchase price of an Imagoworks Gift Card is determined at the time of purchase based on the methods proposed on Imagoworks' official website and by its affiliated partners.
Usage Conditions (Eligible Amount, Available Products, Etc) : Gift Card is a redeemable gift card that can be used on Dentbird Solutions
Users can utilize the gift card to apply a discount equivalent to the subscription amount assigned at the time of issuance or extend their subscription period within their account.
Authorized Merchants : Gift Card can be used through Dentbird Solutions and its contracted partners.
Refund conditions and process : Users requesting a refund for a purchased Gift Card may apply for a refund through the companyâs website.
For more detailed instructions, please refer to Section IV. PAYMENTS AND REFUNDS, Clause 5. Refunds in the Terms of Service Financial Guarantee Disclaimer : Imagoworks Gift Cards are not covered by any electronic commerce (payment method) guarantee insurance policy for the purchase amount. The issuance of Gift Cards is solely backed by the credit of the company.
Customer Support and Dispute Resolutions : In the event of any issues related to the use of Imagoworks Gift Cards, customers may contact the company's Customer Support Department or the Korea Fair Trade Commissionâs Consumer Counseling Center.

5. Refunds
A. If Imagoworks is unable to provide the goods, etc., that are requested by you due to technical issues or other specific reasons as stipulated in the Terms of Service, Imagoworks shall promptly notify you of such reasons and provide a refund or take the necessary actions to provide a refund within 3 business days of your payment date.
B. The STL files designed and provided to you through the Imagoworks Service (âSTL Filesâ) are individually designed, created, and produced exclusively for you and cannot be resold to other users. Therefore, exchanges, returns, and refunds are generally restricted once the STL files have been provided, delivered, or shared with you. However, you may request a refund in the following cases where Imagoworks is at fault, and in such cases, Imagoworks will refund the deducted Credit.
1. Occurrence of mesh distortion in the STL Files
2. Failure of the user-applied inner surface settings to be applied to the designed STL Files
3. Technical issues (excluding your network issues) resulting in the failure to save exported STL data
4. Damage to the data (volume and design STL) stored in the storage subscription service
C. After purchasing Purchased Credit, you may withdraw your purchase and request a refund at any time. In such cases, Imagoworks will refund you the full amount of Purchased Credit you possess. You can request a refund in the amount corresponding to the remaining Purchased Credit shown on the Help Page of the Imago Website.
D. An Affiliated Company may withdraw the purchase of a Purchased Gift Card and request a refund at any time before the Purchased Gift Card is used. For an unused Purchased Gift Card, Imagoworks will refund the amount paid by the Affiliated Company. An Affiliated Company may request a refund for a Purchased Gift Card through the Help Page of the Imago Website.
E. Imagoworks will refund already received payments for goods, etc., within 3 business days of the date a userâs request for a refund was received in accordance with paragraph 3 above or the date an Affiliated Companyâs request for a refund was received in accordance with paragraph 4 above. In cases where Imagoworks delays such a refund for goods, etc., Imagoworks will pay you interest calculated using the delay interest rate specified in Article 21-3 of the âAct On The Consumer Protection In Electronic Commerceâ. Imagoworks will promptly make a request with the entity that provided the payment module through which you or the Affiliated Company made the payment for the goods or other items, to suspend or cancel the billing of the payment for the goods, etc. Imagoworks will not claim a penalty fee or seek damages from you or the Affiliated Company for the withdrawal of the offer.
F. Refunds of payments made through credit cards are subject to the policies of Payment Wall, Imagoworks' payment gateway. Accordingly, the cancellation period for credit card payments is within 180 days of your credit card payment date, and refunds of credit card payment are not possible after 180 days. For your refund requests received after 180 days of your credit card payment date, Imagoworks will transfer the corresponding amount to your Account and may contact you to obtain the necessary information for the refund process.
G. Free Credit and a Free Gift Card are not eligible for refunds.
H. If you encounter any inconveniences related to payments and refunds while using the Imagoworks Services, you can seek a resolution through the Help Page of the Imago Website.
5. Refunds

If Imagoworks is unable to provide the goods, etc., that are requested by you due to technical issues or other specific reasons as stipulated in the Terms of Service, Imagoworks shall promptly notify you of such reasons and provide a refund or take the necessary actions to provide a refund within 10 business days of your payment date.
B. After purchasing subscription plan, you may withdraw your purchase and request a refund at any time. For monthly subscriptions, if a refund request is made, the subscription will be immediately canceled, but the subscription period will remain active until the end of the current billing month.
For yearly subscriptions, if a refund request is made, the refund will be processed within 10 business days for the amount remaining after deducting the prorated subscription fee up to the date of the refund request.
C . An Affiliated Company may withdraw the purchase of a Purchased Gift Card and request a refund at any time before the Purchased Gift Card is used. For an unused Purchased Gift Card, Imagoworks will refund the amount paid by the Affiliated Company. An Affiliated Company may request a refund for a Purchased Gift Card through the Help Page of the Imago Website.

Imagoworks will promptly make a request with the entity that provided the payment module through which you or the Affiliated Company made the payment for the goods or other items, to suspend or cancel the billing of the payment for the goods or services. Imagoworks will not claim a penalty fee or seek damages from you or the Affiliated Company for the withdrawal of the offer.

Accordingly, the cancellation period for credit card payments is within 180 days of your credit card payment date, and refunds of credit card payment are not possible after 180 days. For your refund requests received after 180 days of your credit card payment date, Imagoworks will transfer the corresponding amount to your Account and may contact you to obtain the necessary information for the refund process.

G. If you experience any issues related to payments and refunds while using the Imagoworks Services, you can seek a resolution through the Help Page of the Imago Website
