chevron-rightI opened 3D scan data but can't see scan colors or texture.hashtag

To load texture information correctly, 3D scan data must be opened with color or texture-related files(jpg, png, mtl, etc.). For instance, multiple selection of (.obj-.mtl-.png) or (.ply-*.jpg).

However, when only the mesh model with color(texture) is opened, color(texture) information can be updated by loading additional color or texture-related files.

chevron-rightAI-based alignment yield unusual results.hashtag

Examine each condition for automatic AI-based alignment.

  • Select the correct Initial Option for the model set as the Source(upper/lower).

  • At least three exist in the teeth scan data set as Source.

When the above conditions are satisfied and AI auto-sorting for the selected data is not effective, We recommend aligning by the Landmark mode.

chevron-rightSolution freezes or doesn't work effectively.hashtag

Errors can occur while performing tasks because of various factors.

When the solution does not work effectively for over 1 min or failure messages appear repeatedly, refresh or force-close the browser and retry.

At this time, existing data are not saved. AI and CAD capabilities of the 3Dme Studio require sufficient computer memory.

We recommend using 3Dme Studio in only one browser window.
