Payment History

1. Invoice History

View your payment invoices and transaction history.

  • You can check your complete payment and refund history on the Subscription page.

  • Any refunded amounts will be displayed with a minus (−) sign to indicate the deduction.

2. Credit Usage History

Check your credit usage details.

  • If you want to check previously held credits and credit usage history, click the View Credit History button.

  • The Credit History page will open in a new tab, showing detailed records of your credit balance and usage.

3. Cancel Subscription

Cancel your current subscription plan using the "Cancel Subscription" button.

How to Cancel Your Subscription

Step 1

Select the reason for cancelling your subscription and click the Cancel button.

Step 2

After cancellation, you can continue to use your current plan until the remaining validity period ends.

Step 3

Once the expiration date has passed, your plan will automatically switch to the Free plan.

You can re-subscribe at any time by visiting the subscription page.

Request a Refund

  • If your subscription is already cancelled, you can request a refund for the remaining unused period.

  • Please submit your refund request through the Help Center.

  • Once the administrator has processed your refund, your plan will be immediately switched to the Free plan.
