View your payment invoices and transaction history.
You can check your complete payment and refund history on the Subscription page.
Any refunded amounts will be displayed with a minus (−) sign to indicate the deduction.
Check your credit usage details.
If you want to check previously held credits and credit usage history, click the View Credit History button.
The Credit History page will open in a new tab, showing detailed records of your credit balance and usage.
Cancel your current subscription plan using the "Cancel Subscription" button.
Select the reason for cancelling your subscription and click the Cancel button.
After cancellation, you can continue to use your current plan until the remaining validity period ends.
Once the expiration date has passed, your plan will automatically switch to the Free plan.
You can re-subscribe at any time by visiting the subscription page.
If your subscription is already cancelled, you can request a refund for the remaining unused period.
Once the administrator has processed your refund, your plan will be immediately switched to the Free plan.
