View information about cases created under your account. You can check the case name, solution used, tooth number, design status, last modified time, and more.
1. Active User Indicator
If another user is currently working on a case, their profile icon will appear on the case.
This indicator helps you see who is actively editing or viewing the case in real time.
Owner can click on the profile icon to remove the user from the case if needed.
Quick Guide
The active user indicator ensures that multiple users don’t overwrite each other’s work.
To delete the case, the active user must first leave the case or be removed by the Owner.
2. Case Details
Click the icon of each case to view detailed information.
2.1 View Case
View the scan data files and designed crowns in 3D.
2.2 Export
Export the completed design file.
2.3 Share
Share the case link with others through the 3D viewer.
2.4 Rename
Edit the name of the case.
2.5 Case information
View detailed information and the modification history of the case.
2.6 Go to Design
Open the case in Dentbird Crown to make design modifications.
