How to Upgrade a Member Account from Free to Pro
After signing in with your member account, go to Workspace Settings and select the workspace you were invited to.
Step 1. Switch to the Invited Workspace

Step 2. Verify Your Plan
Once you’ve switched workspaces, confirm that the subscription plan has been upgraded from Free to Pro.

Step 3. Confirm the Case-Creating Account
Although the workspace is shared, ensure that the account you’re using to create cases is your member account.

Step 4. Look for the Account Badge
When you create a case with your member account, a badge will appear next to the case name in the Cloud Case list to indicate which account created it.
