You can delete account.

Caution

If you have any paid credits remaining, you cannot delete your account. Please contact Dentbird help center.

Credit history

1. Available credits

The total amount of available credits you have.

2. View Invoice

You can view the invoice when you click on it.

Quick Guide

When initially verifying the invoice, user information input is required.

3. Date filte

You can filter the list by specific date or period.

4. Export

You can download the current displayed list as an Excel file

Storage plan

1. Next payment

If you are subscribed to a paid storage plan, it will notify you of the next payment date.

2. View billing history

Clicking will navigate to the Credit History page.

3. Current Plan

It displays the currently used storage plan.

4. Change Plan

You can upgrade your storage plan at any time as needed.

Caution

If a downgrade is needed, you can cancel your current subscription plan and make the change.

5. Cancel Plan

You can cancel the current subscription plan.

Quick Guide

The current plan will be maintained until the next billing date, after which it will automatically switch to the free plan.

Caution

When switching to the free plan, if the storage capacity is exceeded, you won't be able to create new cases.
