# CT Segment

### CT Segmentation

You can choose from various types to extract images from volume data. The types available for selection are as follows:

* IAN (Inferior Alveolar Nerve) Segmentation
* Mx/Mn (Maxilla/Mandible) Segmentation
* Bone Segmentation
* Skin Segmentation

### Threshold

Identify and isolate desired objects when creating an image. By dragging the blue area, the min/max values fixed and move together. Min/Max values will change clicking and dragging on the desired range or entering numbers.

### Segment

Extract the mask images from the volume data.

### Mask

After the mask data is generated, it is listed once the segmentation of the volume data is complete.

With the \[Remove small area] function, you can identify and remove small regions based on their area within the data, effectively eliminating noise.

### Reconstruct

You can convert the mask into the mesh data. Once the mesh data generation is complete, it will be displayed in the Model list on the right.

To prevent the process from stopping, please do not close the window or perform other tasks until the process is complete.
