System Settings

To change system settings for Dentbird Crown, go to Topbar >> Setting.

1. System

1.1 Dental notation

Select a tooth numbering system:

  • FDI notation

  • ADA Universal notation

1.2 Date form

Choose how dates are displayed:

  • yyyy-mm-dd

  • mm-dd-yyyy

  • dd-mm-yyyy

2. Export Settings

2.1 Coordinates to CAM software

When the toggle is On, the exported data can be used in your CAM software as-is. Compatible CAM software includes:

  • Millbox

  • Hyperdent

  • Go2CAM

2.2 File format

Select the file type to export. Available types:

  • Original

  • ply

  • stl

  • obj

3. CAM SW

Check the port number and connection status for the CAM software to be linked. Default port numbers are provided for each CAM software.

Clicking a CAM software shows its port number information on the right.

3.1 Port

A default port number is pre-filled. You can edit it manually.

3.2 Check

Attempts to connect using the entered port number.

3.3 Reset to default port

Reverts the port number to the provided default.
