Load other cases in the account

Clicking the Open button in the Appbar displays a list of other cases in your Dentbird Crown account. You can select a desired case to enter.

Quick Guide

If you have a case in progress, it is recommended to save it before proceeding.

1. A list of Cases

Displays case information, including the thumbnail, case name, last modified date, status, and case type.

2. Filter Data

Filter cases based on the last modified date. In the filter screen, select the start and end dates to apply the filter, and the date range will be displayed to the left of the icon.

3. Search

You can search for a case name.

4. Cancel

Close the window and exit the case loading process.

5. Select

Load the selected case.
