Adaptation

Clicking the [Adaptation] button on the Main Toolbar opens the adaptation tool.

Adaptation

1. Cut by distance

Set the contact degree based on the distance to the opposing teeth and adjacent teeth.

1.1 Occlusal distance/Approximal distance

Set the distance to the opposing teeth or adjacent teeth.

1.2 Block out

Based on the insertion direction, block out the undercut areas adjacent to the teeth.

1.3 Apply to

: Apply the contact degree with the opposing teeth and adjacent teeth all at once based on the set distance.

: Apply the contact degree with the opposing teeth based on the set distance.

: Apply the contact degree with the adjacent teeth based on the set distance.

2. Disk cut

This function trims the mesial and distal surfaces of the selected crown flat based on a plane reference.

Upon entering Disk Cut, the mesial and distal surfaces of the selected crown are exposed to the plane. Each plane can be moved and rotated using widgets. After adjusting the plane's position, click the Apply button to cut based on the set plane.
