Insertion Direction

Insertion direction

1. Set insertion direction

Sets the insertion direction based on the current camera view. Clicking the button updates the handle in the 3D view to align with the current camera direction.

2. Apply

Updates the generated crown according to the modified insertion direction.

Quick Guide

The Apply button is only displayed for abutment teeth with a generated crown.

3. Handle Control

You can adjust the insertion direction by moving the insertion handle in the 3D view. Drag the handle to modify it to the appropriate insertion direction.

Caution

The insertion direction affects the crown's internal design and its interference with adjacent teeth.
